  Steve Rundle

  When we say, “This isn’t Steve’s first rodeo”, we aren’t kidding. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio; Steve is an active alumnus of The Ohio State University. After graduating in 1998 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Zoology, Steve married his college sweetheart; they both joined the United States Peace Corp and traveled to Papua New Guinea. In Papua New Guinea Steve’s passion for helping others shined on a daily basis from building homes to engineering more efficient ways of collecting safer water for entire villages. Upon his return, Steve knew he could put his hard work ethic and desire to help others into a steady career field, real estate. As Designated Broker of Dwellings Realty Group, Steve Rundle has over 15 years of Real Estate experience. As a real estate broker, investment consultant and a career entrepreneur, Steve has had the opportunity of assisting his clients with their goals of home purchasing and portfolio expansion with terrific success. With a focus on first time home buyers and private investors, Steve has served his clients in various sectors of real estate including residential, commercial and property management; always building his business reputation and partnerships on the principals of integrity and hard work.

  Eric Tont’s true passion is real estate, although he holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from The Ohio State University. Working in engineering for a few years, Eric decided to switch directions and head down a different career path. Now, 7 years later, you can still see the analytical mindset and attention to detail in Eric’s work with his clients. His experience in engineering and data analysis has become handy in helping his clients better understand current home values, market fluctuations, and providing a tech-savvy approach to his sales and marketing. As an expert in Scottsdale and Greater Phoenix real estate, Eric assists his clients in buying and selling efficiently and effectively. He keeps the process smooth, answers all of your questions along the way, and lets you call the shots as his client. Dedicated to you and your goals, Eric is always available day or night.   Joshua Roubal

  Joshua Roubal is a real estate entrepreneur with a career beginning in property management in Columbus, Ohio in 1996. Joshua graduated from The Ohio State University in 2001 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration (Double Major: Real Estate and Finance). After graduation, Joshua continued his real estate career in land acquisition in Cleveland, Ohio and upon project completion; he backpacked around the world with his experiences now exceeding 30 countries worldwide. Returning back to the States, he worked in marketing and advertising for new home builders until he moved to Scottsdale, Arizona in 2004. After 6 years managing the sales and marketing for several of Arizona’s top real estate developers, the US experienced its’ biggest real estate meltdown in history. Seeing opportunity, Joshua partnered to form Dwellings Realty Group in 2010. With a diverse background in real estate and travel, Joshua focuses on understanding his client’s needs and defining a detailed plan to fulfill them. This extensive experience has led Joshua to become the leading realtor for selling property, buying property, investment opportunities and vacation homes in Arizona. For the last 5 years, Joshua has also served as the President of two Home Owners Associations in the Valley of the Sun.

  Michael Roubal

  Michael Roubal, also an Ohio native (are you starting to see a trend?), graduated from The Ohio State University in 2005 with a Bachelor’s in Business (Major: Real Estate). During his time in college, Michael found his passion in real estate while working in Property Management for a local real estate investor in Columbus, Ohio. Upon graduation, Michael moved to Scottsdale, Arizona to pursue his real estate career further. Over his eight years in real estate Michael has represented his clients during their transactions of buying and/or selling real estate properties that were first time homes, investment properties, second/recreational homes, short sale properties, and REOs and bank owned properties. In addition, his experience grew in other areas of real estate such as: Broker Price Opinions (BPOs,), residential leases, professional property management services, remodeling, new home construction, commercial leases, commercial shopping centers, auctions, home owners associations (HOAs), distressed property acquisitions, and condominium conversations. Michael is well versed in many areas and is ready to help you with your next purchase.
