She enjoys the wonderful relationships she has with all her families as well as the staff. Ms. Archana is very passionate and committed to meeting the educational and social needs of today's children. She understands and empathizes with the huge demands that are put on parents in these days and strives to alleviate some of the pressure by giving parents peace of mind while they are at work. The children at her school develop a love for learning and the confidence to succeed!</p>

Ms. Susanna views each day as an opportunity to make a difference in the life of a child and endeavors to light that spark and joy for learning in children and everybody around her! She strives to ensure that each child at our center receives the attention and stimulation needed to grow and succeed.</p>

Ms. Carolyn has worked in various child care settings and she also has had experience being a nanny. At the current time, Ms. Carolyn is working in the Infant Classroom. She loves to watch the infants grow and learn and is happy she is making a positive impact in their lives. She enjoys seeing what they do every day. Ms. Carolyn was born in England, she is Assyrian, and speaks Assyrian and English. She attended school in England and received her childhood education degree in England. She worked in a daycare in England and was also a nanny there. When she moved to America, she started working at KinderCare and has enjoyed every moment of her work since. She thinks KinderCare is an amazing company and she is happy with the management, the staff, the parents, and the children.</p>
