My consultant and the doctor provided me with different options and explained what my likely results would be based on their expertise. I appreciated that so much as It helped me to have realistic expectations. I was pleased from day one and can only imagine the results at the 6 months mark.

From the time your call is answered when you call for an appointment, you know you are speaking with a quality organization. These people are smart, caring and so friendly. I knew nothing about the process except what I had heard on a commercial yet they were all so patient and thorough with explanations and eventually with the process. Just wonderful.

The Doctor and staff were very friendly and appear to be sincere. Some of the nurses seem to have more experience than others. When I had my belly done the nurse gently pressed to get the excess fluids out so I would not drain as much at home but when I had my legs done the next nurse did not do this and I drained more than twice as long with much more pain. I would recommend encouraging nurses to press fluids out of the patients right after procedures in the future to shorten draining time and healing time required.

So far, so good, as I'm pleased with the results I got... I will have to say though, the procedure was extremely painful for me, as I remembered most of it, there needs to be more of a twilight or sleeping state... not sure I would ever do that same type of procedure again. Way to painful for me. But on a side note, I thought Shelby Oliver was absolutely wonderful! What a great consultant, she was very warm, informative, and most of all caring. I look forward to getting other services done there in the near future. Over all the staff was very pleasant and my doctor was very nice. My appts were always on time, which I appreciate due to my extremely busy schedule. So I'm only giving a 4 out of 5, due to my pain level during the procedure. Everything else was wonderful from pre to post op.

This has been an incredible experience from my consultation through to recovering from my surgery a week ago. I had researched many options for years but after speaking to people who had cool sculpt (not enough); not wanting to have major liposuction surgery, I decided on micro laser Lipo @ Sonobello Phoenix.It was actually pretty painfree; I was awake under local anesthesia. Following my April 28, 2017, surgery at the Scottsdale Sono Bello location, Andrea Montgomery has been my Venous Therapy technician and I find her to be very professional and attentive to my needs and concerns. She is very personable and greets me with a smile while asking about my health and well being. She has explained to me about the machine that is used and the therapeutic concept behind the Venous type of therapy. In the months that I have been her patient, any skin irregularities that she notices are discussed not only with me but she consults with other professionals regarding her concerns. She takes her responsibilities very seriously and has been very instructive on my behalf on how I should be taking care of my skin so that I can achieve maximum beneficial results from the therapy. I have definitely noticed a marked improvement of my skin tone and tightening and feel happy about the way I look. I had a chin/neck lift. I've never had anything like this done before so the whole experience was new to me. Maureen, the patient counselor, explained the whole thing to me and was very accessible for any questions. Tau was the nurse who took very good care of me before and after the procedure. She was very concerned that I understood what was going on, how I was feeling, and that I understood the post-surgery care I needed to do and what to expect after surgery. Dr. Bonillas did a great job. I had a great experience with very caring people. The front desk people, however, need more training.

To me this was such a worthwhile procedure. The process was thoroughly explained, I had reminders preprocedure and post. All staff are professional and kind, I never felt like a question was silly or too repetitive. There is some discomfort which passes quickly and I was back to work with my compression garment on under my uniform and no one was the wiser. I had abdomen upper and lower and waist done. The bruising is gone 3 weeks after. The lumpiness and swelling is minimal and is lessening each day. I am told the optimum results will be showing in 6 mos. Just in time for summer!

It has been a month since my Body Contour. Absolutely love it and wish I did it sooner. The fat around my stomach is completely gone. At first before the procedure, I was very apprehensive as of not knowing what to expect. My initial visit was with the sale consultant, Marin, very sweet lady, who detailed me the pricing. The second visit was with the nurse and Doctor Stutmen, very professional with a great sense of humor, who thoroughly explained to me what was going take place and how. I asked all the questions I had and he answered all of them nicely. And finally, the third time was my surgery day. During the surgery, everything was calm. I had a wonderful experience. Not kidding! I had no pain, in fact, I was listening to Country Music and sang along. Doctor Stutmen and Nurse Dawn made me extremely comfortable. They were both extremely attentive during the procedure. Dr. Stutmen did a fantastic job. Now, the bruises are gone; lost the fat and just waiting for the bumps to go away for my complete healing. The whole team is just wonderful, from the front desk to everyone. That is my experience.

I had the Lifestyle Lift in early January. The end result - getting rid of "my Mother's jowls" - has made me so happy. I would tell prospective clients that there is definitely a period of "buyer's remorse" during the recovery stage, when there's swelling and bruising for a few days, but that passes quickly. Day 3 was when I looked in the mirror and almost cried. But 2 days later I was so happy as my face got it's contours back. I would have been ready to go back to work after one week with just minor bruising left, but had a little "glitch" and some subcutaneous bleeding in the right side of my neck. Dr Bonillas, Tao, his medical staff, and ALL the ladies at the front desk, were wonderful! I received so much care and concern and follow up. That did set me back about a week in recovering,. However, I can honestly say that at no time did I experience much pain. I took the pain meds for just 2 days. There was some discomfort from the bandaging, and the numbness around surgical areas takes getting used to. As does sleeping at an incline to minimize swelling. But I was back at work the second week, just kind of still wrapped up around my neck On January 30, my birthday, just 19 days after my procedure, I went out to lunch with friends and they were all amazed. Bruising and swelling all gone, and my face looking just as I had anticipated. My results get better all the time, as I approach 6 months post-op. Dr. Bonillas is an artist and the incisions that were hidden in my hairline and around my ears have left no visible scars. Almost all the numbness is gone and surgical areas "softened up" quickly. I would say Go For It to anyone contemplating this procedure!

I struggled with this decision for 2 years. This was not my first choice. I interviewed multiple offices and different procedures. I was tremendously nervous. First, I met Marin at my consultation. What an amazing help she was explaining to me the differences of procedures and then asked me about my goals. At my pre-op, I met Dr. Case and Belinda their RN. My mind was put to ease and I felt good about the decision I made. They took the time to discuss what I wanted, all of my concerns and give me the appropriate expectations. I was having my upper & lower abdomen, waist and inner thighs done. I am 11 days from having my tri-sculpting done on my abs and waist. I couldn't be more pleased. The lower "pouch" I had was no longer there when I took off my garment the next day. I know I have a long way to go yet in my healing but am so happy with the results thus far. I just had my inner thighs done 5 days ago. I can already see the difference. I am so thankful I put my trust in Sono Bello (Dr. Case, Belinda & Marin). Thank you so much for caring before, during and afterwards. Should I have a need for additional areas to be done, I will no longer hesitate. I went in for some lipo, I was so nervous I almost cancelled my appointment. I'm glad I went through with it, I felt no pain during the procedure had a little discomfort the following day. But the days after I was up and moving around. I was pleased with service the moment I went in for my consultation with Marin and the dr. She choose to do my procedure was an excellent choice. Dr. Case was upfront and listened and answered to my questions and concerns I had. He took time completing my procedure, I did not feel rushed whatsoever. In the near future if I decide to go in for more work I will return to Sono Bello.

Starting from the finance side, Marice was awesome and helped us through the entire process. At the precedure time, they explained everything to me, answered all my questions. As doing my liposuction I was awake and did not barely feel a thing. This was my jumpstart to get me going. I only wish they did abdominoplasty. This is why I would rated them at 4.5. I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. My Patient Care Coordinator gave me a detailed explanation of what would happen and addressed any and all concerns/questions I had. The day of surgery I felt so confident and they made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire procedure. I felt no pain and was very relaxed. After the surgery they called to make sure that I was comfortable and that I was not having any pain/problems. The after care appointments have been just as complete. I have never felt like I made a mistake in doing this procedure. In fact, I am going to have another area done.

I had a great experience with your company when speaking with Maureen she was great and I felt very confident with her I was not able to do the face lift because I am not a good candidate at this time however if I consider it in the future I will call Maureen. I also spoke to Marine regarding the body lipo but when I called her back she seemed to not be interested in speaking to me so for that reason I will not be calling her back.

It took me two years to make this decision, but I am very glad I did. I had arms, lower abs and low back done. One week out and I already see a difference. My experience with Sono Bello has been wonderful. From my very first consultation the staff has been honest and supportive. I felt very comfortable going in for the procedure. The nurses and doctors listened to me and answered all of my questions and concerns. Recovery was pretty rough the first couple of weeks, but I got through it. I was back to running after about three weeks with minimal discomfort. I am currently training for the whiskey row half marathon and is going very well. The procedure has made running more comfortable over all. I still have a bit of swelling in my abdominal area, but it gets a little bit better every day.

As a mother of 3 grown daughters, fitness enthusiast and careful dieter, I have struggled with some excess fat on my abdominal/ waist/ hip area that doesn't go away with diet and exercise for 23 years. My results were almost instant, but once the initial swelling went down in the first week, I was so excited! After having two babies via C-Section, my abdomen had a lot of loose skin. The Venus Legacy treatment has greatly improved the volume and tightening of the skin. This is my second set of sessions doing the venus freeze and I for one am 100% satisfied! I've seen tremendous results the first time which is why I wanted to do another set. I had a child previously with this horrible pooch and I have lost so much weight doing this. Clothes never lie I went from a size 7 to a 3 now and I started at 125 pounds and I am now 103 :) The staff are friendly and very reasonable, I highly recommend it!

For the last 4 years I have been trying to lose the tummy fat with exercise and diet. I gained it during Menopause, Now that I had the procedure at Sono Bella it is gone and I am back to my old self. I was very happy with the consultation and happy with my treatment plan. The staff was great, office clean and appointments on time. The entire process was professional. Each person I dealt with treated me with respect and caring. I got great instructions on what to do before and after the procedure and always knew there was someone I could talk to. I was a bit scared the morning of the procedure, knowing it was only local anesthesia, but with the pre-op medication and the numbing medication used, I think I slept through most of the surgery. First-week results are amazing but I can't wait to see myself in a couple of months.

I would 100% recommend others to have this same procedure I had which was Lipo laser of outer thighs and banana roll. I am completely satisfied with the results. I experienced no pain before or during the procedure. The Surgeon spoke to me during the entire procedure which kept me at ease. The nurse was wonderful she kept me informed of everything they were doing. After the procedure I had some local manageable pain. I returned to work the following day had zero down time which was nice. The surgeon is a well experienced surgeon which made me feel extremely comfortable. The staff was great and they always checked on me to make sure I was doing well. If you were to ask me if I would do it all over again, I would do it all over again and I would choose Sono Bello.
