Kim Gambrel

Kim Gambrel has been with The Debra Atkinson Agency since January 2003. She specializes in property & casualty (home, auto, condo, business, etc.) and has a vast knowledge of Allstate products. Kim prides herself as being hard working, dependable and very passionate about her job helping customers. Kim was awarded the Southwest Spirit award for her commitment and excellence to Allstate customers. Kim is a Phoenix native and enjoys spending time with her husband Jim and her two kids, Ryan and Megan. She is a fan of the Cardinals, Suns and the Chicago Cubs! On her free time she enjoys movies, volunteer work, music and visiting family in the U.P. of Michigan.

Robert Harris

Robert Harris has been in the insurance business for 20 years. He was an agency owner for 17 years, retired and came to work with the Debra Atkinson Agency. Robert, aka Bob, is proficient in Property & Casualty including commercial insurance as well as flood insurance. Bob volunteers for the Scottsdale Police Department and is a grandfather of two lovely grandkids.

Tony Martino

Tony has been associated with Allstate since 1996 and has been working with the Atkinson Allstate Agency since 2012. He helps customers with their life insurance and financial/retirement needs. He is a member of Allstate’s Hall of Fame for the years of sales and service, and his commitment to protecting customers and their families. Tony lives in North Scottsdale with his wife Debbie and has two wonderful daughters. He moved her from Buffalo New York in the early 90’s and is a big Bills fan! He loves traveling and trying new restaurants!

Nicole Seaman

Nicole grew up in Robinson IL and moved to AZ in 2011. She joined the Atkinson Insurance Team in February 2020. Nicole helps with much of the support needed in the agency and is a great team player. If Nicole can’t help you, she will direct you to someone who can. She is passionate about her job and will help in any way she can. Nicole resides in Cave Creek and enjoys spending time with her husband Josh and their 3 daughters, Hayat, Riley & Tenley. She enjoys volunteering at the school, watching her girls play soccer, walking & exercising with Josh and our office manager Kim.

Mike Martin

Mike Martin is licensed in Life & has 25 years experience in the insurance industry.

Lee Perry

Lee has been with Allstate agencies since 2021 and does a great job with new customers by reviewing their insurance needs and saving them money on their policies. He informs potential and current customers and specializes in writing home insurance & auto insurance policies as well as Personal Umbrella Policies (PUPS). Prior to Allstate Lee was a Sales Manager for 19 years, which involved Corporate and Community events. Lee is a Washington transplant and lives in Cave Creek, AZ with his wife Jennifer. When he’s not at the office helping customers, you can find him on the Tatum Ranch Golf Course working on his game! Lee is a big fan of sports, music and loves to barbeque. Lee’s father was deployed twice to Vietnam as a combat medic. Lee followed the family tradition and served in the Army including in Desert Shield/Storm. Believe it or not, he ran into his sister while she was also deployed!

Megan Gambrel

Megan has worked with the Debra Atkinson Agency since 2016 assisting with general office work. She will be graduating from ASU this fall and will be heading to medical school soon! Megan is the daughter of our office manager, Kim Gambrel.
